Returns
You can return any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged item within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Simply contact us, and we’ll be happy to arrange an exchange if the item is available.
How to Make a Return or Exchange
1. Contact Us
Email us at natalievagnerova@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
2. Prepare Your Package
Place the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging.
3. Ship It Back

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at natalievagnerova@gmail.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized items.
- Items marked as final sale.
